How to cancel before dispatch:

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch/shipment/posting. You can contact on the Whatsapp icon on the home page of  the site to cancel an order.

How to cancel after dispatch:

Once dispatched/shipped the product is to be posted back to our warehouse in case it reaches your location, along with a written letter stating the issue with the product.

Please share the tracking ID after you post the product back to our warehouse.

The refund is initiated on the order once the product reaches our warehouse within 2-3 business days.
